Provided is a thermotherapy device according to the present invention, capable of measuring temperature and performing warming treatment simultaneously. The thermotherapy device includes a light projector (22) for emitting light having a wide wavelength band, an optical fiber device (24) for generating a first reflected light and a second reflected light when the emitted light falls thereon, an optical receiver (26) for receiving the interference light of the first reflected light and the second reflected light emitted from the optical fiber device (24), and an analyzer (27) for analyzing a signal outputted from the optical receiver (26). The optical fiber device (24) has an optical fiber (24a) for propagating the light, a tube (24b) surrounding the optical fiber (24a) as a result of the optical fiber (24a) being inserted therein, and a resin (24c) filled in the tube (24b). A resin layer (24c') formed of the resin (24c) is provided on the distal end side of the optical fiber (24a). The light emitted from the optical fiber (24a) is reflected by the distal end side of the resin layer (24c') to generate the second reflected light.
