Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a thermoelectric conversion module capable of limiting heat transmitted from a high-temperature side to a low-temperature side in a region between thermoelectric conversion elements. A thermoelectric conversion module 1 of the present invention comprises: a first electrically insulating substrate 2; a second electrically insulating substrate 3; a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 4, 4 sandwiched between the first and the second electrically insulating substrates 2, 3; and connecting wires 5, 6 respectively disposed between the first electrically insulating substrate 2 and the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 4, and between the second electrically insulating substrate 3 and the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 4, the connecting wires 5, 6 connecting the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements. The thermoelectric conversion module 1 further comprises a radiation heat reflecting member composed of at least one radiation heat reflecting plate 7 provided between the first and the second electrically insulating substrates 2, 3 on the second electrically insulating substrate 3 side of a height-direction center position C of the thermoelectric conversion elements 4, the radiation heat reflecting plate 7 being disposed substantially parallel to the first and the second electrically insulating substrates 2, 3. The radiation heat reflecting plate 7 has a plurality of independent holes 10 of a size such that the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 4 can be passed therethrough.
