Abstract:
A thermoelectric conversion material according to the present disclosure contains Ge, Mg, Te, and at least one of Sb and Bi, and satisfies condition (1) represented by x+a+b<0.98. In condition (1), x represents the substance quantity ratio of the contained amount of Ge with respect to the contained amount of Te, a represents the substance quantity ratio of the contained amount of Mg with respect to the contained amount of Te, and b represents the substance quantity ratio of the sum of the contained amounts of Sb and Bi with respect to the contained amount of Te.
