Abstract:
A thermal insulation container, the thermal insulation container comprising a housing (10), the housing (10) comprising an inner liner (1), an outer shell (2), and a thermal insulation layer (3); the inner liner (1) has an inner bottom plate (11) and inner side plates (12) extending upward from the periphery of the inner bottom plate (11); the outer shell (2) is sleeved on the periphery of the inner liner (1) and has an outer bottom plate (21) and outer side plates (22) extending upward from the periphery of the outer bottom plate (21); the inner bottom plate (11) and the outer bottom plate (21), and the inner side plates (12) and each opposite outer side plate (22) are all spaced apart from one another, and a cavity (4) is formed between the inner liner (1) and the outer shell (2); the thermal insulation layer (3) is arranged in the cavity (4); the ends of the outer side plates (22) furthest from the outer bottom plate (21) all extend to the outside of the housing (10) to form a circle of outer eaves (23); the ends of the inner side plates (12) furthest from the inner bottom plate (11) all extend to the outside of the housing (10) to form a circle of inner eaves (14); and the inner eaves (14) and outer eaves (23) are clamped to one another. The inner bottom plate (11) and the outer bottom plate (21), and the inner side plates (12) and each opposite outer side plate (22) are all spaced apart from one another so that the thermal insulation layer can be filled therein, effectively improving the thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation container.
