According to the present invention, the MAC processing unit of a terminal device determines, on the basis of the reception of MAC signaling, whether the target SpCell indicated by the MAC signaling belongs to one or more TA groups of a cell group that has received the MAC signaling, and on the basis of the determination that the target SpCell indicated by the MAC signaling belongs to one or more TA groups of the cell group that has received the MAC signaling, determines the configuration of the TA group to which the target SpCell belongs as the configuration of the primary TA group of the cell group that has received the MAC signaling.
