A tendon transmission structure, used for driving joints to move. The tendon transmission structure comprises drivers, control tendons (200), and joints. The output ends of the drivers are connected to the control tendons (200), and one group of drivers respectively pull the joints by means of the control tendons (200). The tendon transmission structure further comprises tendon sheaths (300) and tendon sheath fixing elements; the tendon sheath fixing elements comprise first tendon sheath fixing elements (400) and second tendon sheath fixing elements (500); one end of each tendon sheath (300) is arranged at each first tendon sheath fixing element (400), and the other end of the tendon sheath is connected to the second tendon sheath fixing element (500) at each joint; a part of each control tendon (200) passes through the tendon sheath (300) and is slidably arranged in the tendon sheath (300); the tendon sheath (300) is a flexible bending member; and the control tendon (200) slidably arranged in the tendon sheath (300) can be flexibly bent along with the tendon sheath (300). By means of tendon transmission, spatial transmission can be realized and long-distance driving control can be realized.
