Abstract:
The present invention improves the efficiency of tape-winding work. A tape-winding device 100 that comprises a tape supply part 10, a rotary body 20, a rotational drive part 30, a cutting blade 40, and an impelling part 50. A portion of the outer circumference of the rotary body 20 has formed therein a U-shaped recess 24 that is recessed toward the center. The cutting blade 40 has, between itself and an edge part 242 of the recess 24 that is at an outer circumferential surface 22S of the rotary body 20, a blade edge 42 that cuts a tape 90. The blade edge 42 extends in the thickness direction TD1 of the rotary body 20 and is oriented in a direction that is opposite a direction RD1 in which the rotary body 20 is rotated by the rotational drive part 30. The impelling part 50 impels the blade edge 42 toward the outer circumferential surface 22S of the rotary body 20.
