Abstract:
A tablet pressing device for production of a laundry tablet, comprising a support frame (1), a guide roller (2), and a laser thickness gauge (3). The guide roller (2) is provided at the upper side the support frame (1); the laser thickness gauge (3) is provided at the upper side of the guide roller (2); a transport roller (6) is provided at a side of the guide roller (2). According to the technical solution, by means of the guide roller, a lifting motor, a screw sliding base, a sliding base, and the laser thickness gauge, an apparatus can monitor the thickness of a rolling-molded laundry tablet in real time, and automatically adjust the rolling thickness of a press roller according to the monitoring result, thereby ensuring the rolling quality of the laundry tablet; by means of a steam inlet pipe, a steam outlet pipe, and a rotary joint, hot steam can enter the inner side of the press roller, the temperature of the press roller then rises, and thus heating and drying can be performed during rolling raw materials of the laundry tablet, so that the raw materials are easier to mold, and the tablet pressing quality of the device is guaranteed.
