Abstract:
Provided are a system and method for collaborative removal of particulate matter/exhaust gas based on hydrate; the system comprises a waste heat recovery device, a hydrate primary dust removal tower, a solid–liquid separation primary tower, a hydrate secondary dust removal tower, a solid–liquid separation secondary tower, a hydrate decomposition tank, a gas–solid separation tower, and a low-temperature fractional distillation device; the method comprises the following steps: step 1: performing cooling in a waste heat recovery system; step 2: performing humidification in the hydrate primary dust removal tower, and feeding in R134a gas to generate a mixed-gas hydrate on the surface of particulate matter; step 3: performing separation in the solid–liquid separation primary tower; step 4: performing secondary hydrate synthesis in the hydrate secondary dust removal tower; step 5: performing separation in the solid–liquid separation secondary tower; step 6: decomposing the hydrate solid in the hydrate decomposition tank; step 7: performing gas–solid separation in the gas–solid separation tower; step 8: performing fractional distillation of the waste gas and R134a in the gas low-temperature fractional distillation device; step 9: re-injecting the separated R134a into the hydrate primary dust removal tower, achieving recycling.
