Abstract:
A system (10) for loading leg meat on the bone according to one embodiment of the present invention is for loading leg meat on the bone into processing units (12), and is provided with: an imaging unit (14) for imaging the leg meat on the bone before loading into the processing units; an image processing unit (16) which is capable of acquiring orientation information related to thigh meat on the bone from images of the leg meat on the bone imaged by the imaging unit; a pair of clamp pieces which are capable of opening and closing in order to grip the leg meat on the bone; arms (20) which support the pair of clamp pieces, and which are capable of controlling the position and orientation of the pair of clamp pieces; and a control unit which controls the operation of the arms on the basis of the orientation information acquired by the image processing unit, to grip the leg meat on the bone and load the leg meat on the bone into the processing units.
