Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for a care service for old and feeble persons including elderly persons and dementia patients, the system comprising: a service providing device for, when a voice or text message is configured and stored in advance from a guardian terminal according to a management type, changing a phone number of the guardian terminal to a calling number according to a configured time or period, performing scheduled transmission or making a real-time call connection to a protected person terminal, and transmitting a reply of the protected person terminal or making a real-time call connection to the guardian terminal, so as to provide a remote management service of a guardian for a protected person; the guardian terminal for, by using a service application provided from the service providing device, selecting a management type, configuring and storing a voice or text message in advance according to the management type, and then performing scheduled configuration of a transmission time or period, so as to enable scheduled transmission by the service providing device; and the protected person terminal for, without separate service application installation, receiving a voice or text message according to a management type, or replying after receiving the message, wherein the message is relayed and transmitted from the service providing device.
