Abstract:
Disclosed is a method of preparing (S)-2-aminobutanamide by an enzymatic method, comprising using (R/S)-2-aminobutyrate as raw material, resolving same under the action of an ester hydrolase to obtain (S)-2-aminobutyrate, and further performing an aminolysis to obtain (S)-2-aminobutanamide. The method has a simple operation and less amount of the three wastes. In addition, the (S)-2-aminobutanamide obtained by the reaction has high purity, thereby satisfying industrial production requirements.
