Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of medicine synthesis, and in particular to a synthesis method for ertapenem sodium. The present application provides a synthesis method for ertapenem sodium, comprising the following steps: under the condition of alkali, a catalyst and a hydrogen atmosphere, mixing a compound represented by formula 1 with a mixed solvent for hydrogenation reaction; filtering to obtain a product solution; extracting and purifying ethyl acetate; adjusting a pH value to 4-7 by means of a water phase to obtain an acidic product solution; and adding a crystallization solvent into the acidic product solution for crystallization to obtain ertapenem sodium, wherein ertapenem sodium has a structure as shown in a formula 2. The present application provides a synthesis method for ertapenem sodium, for use in effectively solving the technical problems that in an existing ertapenem synthesis method, tedious post-treatment is required, the productivity is small, the level of heavy metal residues of a product is high, and the purity is poor.
