Abstract:
A synthesis method for ammonium difluorophosphate, relating to the technical field of preparation of lithium battery additives. The synthesis method for ammonium difluorophosphate comprises the following steps: 1) dehydrating ammonium fluoride salt to obtain anhydrous ammonium fluoride salt; 2) performing ball milling on the anhydrous ammonium fluoride salt to obtain activated ammonium fluoride salt; and 3) controlling the temperature in a reaction kettle to be 0-5°C, putting the activated ammonium fluoride salt, anhydrous phosphorus pentoxide, and an anhydrous solvent into the reaction kettle, adding a catalyst, introducing an inert gas into the reaction kettle, heating to 60-90°C, and reacting to obtain ammonium difluorophosphate. A product prepared by the synthesis method for ammonium difluorophosphate has high purity, high yield, and stable reaction.
