Abstract:
The present invention provides a surface-treated steel sheet including a steel sheet and an Fe-Ni diffusion layer that is formed on at least one outermost surface of the steel sheet, wherein the ratio IB/IA of the maximum diffraction intensity IB at a diffraction angle 2θ of 44.51° to 45.00° to the maximum diffraction intensity IA at a diffraction angle 2θ of 43.00° to 44.30° as determined by thin film X-ray diffraction measurement of the surface of the Fe-Ni diffusion layer satisfies 0.01 ≤ IB/IA ≤ 0.37.
