A supporting device (10) for a flexible screen and a flexible screen inward folding terminal. The supporting device (10) for a flexible screen comprises: a first housing (12) and a second housing (13) which are connected by means of a rotating assembly (11), wherein the first housing (12) and the second housing (13) are in a flattened state or a folded state in a rotating manner; the first housing (12) comprises a first part (121) and a second part (122) which are rotationally connected, the first part (121) being located on the side of the second part (122) close to the rotating assembly (11); and the second housing (13) comprises a third part (131) and a fourth part (132) which are rotationally connected, the third part (131) being located on the side of the fourth part (132) close to the rotating assembly (11). When the flattened state is switched to the folded state, the first part (121) rotates around the second part (122), the third part (131) rotates around the fourth part (132), and the first part (121) of the first housing (12) and the third part (131) of the second housing (13) rotate in opposite directions, so as to form an accommodating space above the rotating assembly (11).
