Abstract:
A supercritical TPU composite material and a preparation method therefor. The supercritical TPU composite material is made of the following raw materials in parts by mass: 60 to 70 parts of a polyurethane prepolymer, 3.5 to 7.5 parts whiskers, 2.5 to 3.5 parts of a chain extender, 14 to 24 parts of an antibacterial polyamide (PA), 7 to 12 parts of a polysiloxane-polyimide block copolymer, 1.5 to 2.1 parts of a nucleating agent, and 1.5 to 1.8 parts of a crosslinking agent. TPU is compounded with the PA, and the composite material is obtained through preparation by means of a supercritical foaming process. The composite material is mainly used in a midsole of a sole. The whiskers are added to the TPU so that the mechanical strength and toughness thereof are further enhanced, and the antibacterial-modified PA is added so that the sole has certain antibacterial properties.
