Abstract:
A super-long prestressing steel tendon construction method, comprising the following steps: prestressing duct positioning and installation; top-surface prestressing steel tendon threading; top-surface prestress tensioning; top-surface prestressing tendon duct grouting; and top-surface prestress anchorage sealing. By using a construction method of "a traction cable being pulled by means of a mechanical method to perform whole-hole threading; performing cable threading, tensioning, and grouting by using reserved hole positions; and adding tensioning and anchorage sealing notches at tensioning ports", the problems of having limited space, being time-consuming and labor-consuming, steel strands tending to damage a hole wall, the grouting not being full, and the anchorage sealing construction being difficult during the construction of a top-surface super-long prestressing steel tendon are solved.
