Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of biomedical materials, and particularly, to a super-hydrophobic self-cleaning anticoagulant composite coating material, a method for preparing same, and use thereof. In the provided coating material, a titanium dioxide nanotube structure increases the microscopic roughness of the surface of a titanium-based metal substrate, a hydrophobic modification layer reduces the surface energy of the material, and the synergism of the rough structure and the hydrophobic modification layer collectively form the super-hydrophobic surface, such that the surface of the material features self-cleaning and low adhesion properties and allows air retained on the surface of the material to form an air layer, thus reducing the contact area of the material with bacteria and platelets in the blood, inhibiting the adhesion of bacteria, platelets and plasma proteins to the material, and imparting to the material excellent self-cleaning ''biological decontamination'' and anticoagulant performance. Moreover, the coating material has good biocompatibility, thus possessing good application prospects as a biomedical material.
