Abstract:
The present invention relates to super absorbent polymer-based surface fixation technology for extracellular vesicles or cells and, more specifically, to a technology and applications thereof, the technology fixing, to the surface of a super absorbent polymer, extracellular vesicles or cells by adding a solution that includes extracellular vesicles or cells and incubating same. The present invention fixes extracellular vesicles or cells to the surface of a super absorbent polymer, thereby enabling the simple and rapid detection of various biomarkers present in the extracellular vesicles or cells while the extracellular vesicles or cells are fixed to the surface of super absorbent polymer, and enabling the simple replacement of a solvent, that dissolves extracellular vesicles or cells, according to the application objective of the extracellular vesicles or cells, and thus can be applied to various research and development, in which extracellular vesicles or cells are used, of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and food materials.
