Abstract:
A method for producing a structure according to the present invention comprises: a step for forming an s-wave superconductor layer on a base material; a step for forming a first transition metal dichalcogenide layer, which contains a van der Waals layered substance, on the s-wave superconductor layer; and a step for forming a second transition metal dichalcogenide layer on the first transition metal dichalcogenide layer.
