Abstract:
Provided are a striker drive mechanism and a nail gun, which can effectively improve a nail shooting force without increasing energy consumption. The striker drive mechanism (30) comprises a regulation frame (31), and a guide rod (32), a piston (34), a spring, rolling members (35), a pushing member (37), etc., that are mounted in the regulation frame (31), wherein the piston (34) is movably sleeved on the guide rod (32); and the piston (34) comprises a piston main body (341) and a piston protection member. The piston main body (341) is made of a light-weight material, and the weight is thus reduced; therefore, the nail shooting force can be improved without increasing energy consumption. Moreover, a low-resistance design is used, comprising: the piston (34) does not come into direct contact with the regulation frame (31), but abuts against the regulation frame (31) by means of the rolling members (35), so as to reduce friction force during movement, and a plurality of vent through holes (34113) are provided in the piston (34), so as to reduce wind resistance during movement; therefore, the nail shooting force can be further improved. The piston protection member is made of a wear-resistant material, and the pushing member (37) abuts against the piston protection member and pushes the piston (34) by means of the piston protection member; therefore, the piston (34) has longer service life.
