Abstract:
A straw and a cup with a straw. The straw comprises a first tube body (1), a connecting section (2) and a second tube body (3) which are sequentially connected, wherein the second tube body (3) can be inclined relative to the first tube body (1), and the inclination angle between the second tube body (3) and the first tube body (1) can be varied; a first fluid channel sequentially passes through the first tube body (1), the connecting section (2) and the second tube body (3); and the connecting section (2) is provided with a recessed-and-protruding structure, and when the straw is bent, the included angle between the first tube body (1) and the second tube body (3) is reduced, and the recessed-and-protruding structure causes inner walls of the connecting section (2) to be close to each other, so that the first fluid channel at the connecting section (2) is gradually closed, thereby eliminating the occurrence of countercurrent, and improving the convenience of the straw and the cup with a straw during use.
