Abstract:
The present invention provides a storage and computing device, a counter, a shift accumulator, and an in-memory multiply-accumulate structure. According to the storage and computing device, storage is realized by using the storage and computing device composed of a magnetic track layer and a magnetic recording layer, and using the characteristic that a magnetic tunnel junction composed of the magnetic track layer and the magnetic recording layer is different in impedance state due to the fact whether the skyrmion exists in a magnetic recording layer area. Compared with a mode of the magnetization direction reversal of a free layer in the prior art, the storage and computing device disclosed by the present application is based on a pure spintronic system of a magnetic skyrmion, and has the characteristics of high speed and low power consumption of a spintronic device. Moreover, the storage and computing device is small in physical size, so that relatively high storage density can be realized.
