Abstract:
A stepped-tunnel-type extractor, comprising a sealed box (1), wherein a rear end of the box (1) is a feeding end, and a front end of the box is provided with a discharge port (1d); and multiple stages of soaking units are sequentially arranged in an inner cavity of the box (1) from front to back. The soaking unit at each stage comprises a soaking tank (3), a lower shaft (7) and an upper shaft (8), wherein the lower shaft (7) at each stage is located at the bottom of the soaking tank (3) at the same stage, the upper shaft (8) at each stage is located above the soaking tank (3) at the previous stage, and a conveying chain (13) is wound between the lower shaft (7) and the upper shaft (8).
