Abstract:
A steel plate transport vehicle (2), comprising a vehicle body and a plurality of walking mechanisms provided at the bottom of the vehicle body, wherein the vehicle body is provided with a steel plate bearing mechanism; each walking mechanism comprises a walking wheel (21) and a side guide unit (23); the side guide unit (23) comprises a side guide frame (232), a guide wheel shaft (233) arranged on the side guide frame (232), and a side guide wheel (231) rotatably arranged on the guide wheel shaft (233); and the distance between an axis of the guide wheel shaft (233) and an axis of a guide wheel shaft hole in the side guide frame (232) is adjustable, so that the side guide wheel (231) keeps abutting against a side face of a wheel rail (11). In addition, the present invention further relates to a steel plate transport system using the steel plate transport vehicle (2). The distance between the axis of the guide wheel shaft (233) and the axis of the guide wheel shaft hole in the side guide frame (232) is designed to be adjustable, that is, the guide wheel shaft (233) may be eccentrically arranged and an eccentricity (e) is adjustable, so that a gap between a rim of the side guide wheel (231) and the wheel rail (11) generated by the wear of the side guide wheel (231) can be compensated for, and it is ensured that the side guide wheel (231) keeps abutting against the side face of the wheel rail (11), thereby ensuring the continuity and reliability of a side guide function, better protecting the walking mechanisms, and reducing the maintenance frequency of the side guide wheels (231).
