Abstract:
A steel plate surface treatment device and method. The steel plate surface treatment device (100) comprises a frame (2), and a feeding device (3), a monitoring device (4), a roller plate device (5), a cleaning device (6), a discharging device (7), a gas source supply device (10), a laser double-sided cleaning device (9), an oxidation waste treatment device (11), a control device (12) and a safety protection device (13) which are provided on the frame (2). For a steel plate (1), feeding is performed by the feeding device (3), rolling is performed by the roller plate device (5), the steel plate enters the laser double-sided cleaning device (9) to remove a metal oxide on the surface, oxidation waste is cleaned by the cleaning device (6), dust is removed by a scraper dust removal device (8), and finally, the steel plate (1) enters the discharging device (7) to be discharged, and secondary cyclic utilization of the metal oxide is completed by means of the oxidation waste treatment device (11) after the oxidation waste is collected. Compressed air provided by the gas source supply device (10) is environment-friendly energy, so that the steel plate (1) is neat and pollution-free in production; high electrical automation efficiency is achieved, and a small occupied area is achieved; standard protection is achieved, and unmanned production can be achieved; the secondary utilization of the oxidation waste is achieved, and energy saving and emission reduction are achieved.
