Abstract:
In the present invention, a stator of a dynamo-electric machine comprises a slotted stator core, and a multi-phase flat wire coil made from segment coils, said flat wire coil passing through the slot and projecting from the end face of the stator core. In the present invention, a single-phase flat wire coil has an even number of segment coils stacked in the radial direction in one slot and in another slot. The even-numbered segment coils inside one slot and the odd-numbered segment coils in the other slot are joined to one another at the distal ends thereof, flanking the adjacent rectangular wire coils of the other phases. Projecting parts of the even-numbered segment coils in one slot describe a curved shape that is protrudes toward the outside-diameter side.
