Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the field of prosthetic hands. Disclosed is a stator design method for a prosthetic hand ultrasonic driving structure. A stator is designed by means of the steps of designing the structure of the stator, selecting the materials of the stator, determining an inner diameter r, an outer diameter R, L2, L3 and L4 of the stator, calculating L1 and L5, carrying out simulation analysis on a vibration system, etc., and the stator uses an amplitude transformer structure design to achieve amplification of the amplitude and speed of vibration; the stator is lightweight, has a large driving force, and is suitable for a prosthetic hand ultrasonic driving structure. The present invention also relates to a stator designed by means of the stator design method for a prosthetic hand ultrasonic driving structure.
