Abstract:
A static frequency test system for a steam turbine blade, relating to the technical field of steam turbine blade testing. The system comprises a hydraulic mechanism (1), a supporting mechanism (2), an oil inlet and outlet pipe (1.4), a jack (1.5), a jacking block (1.6), and a dummy wheel slot (2.2). The hydraulic mechanism (1) is connected to the jack (1.5) by means of the oil inlet and outlet pipe (1.4). The dummy wheel slot (2.2) is formed in the supporting mechanism (2), the root of a blade (3.3) is assembled in the dummy wheel slot (2.2), and the jack (1.5) is arranged below the dummy wheel slot (2.2). The execution end of the jack (1.5) is connected to the jacking block (1.6), the jacking block (1.6) penetrates through the supporting mechanism (2) and is arranged in the dummy wheel slot (2.2), and the jacking block (1.6) abuts against the root of the blade (3.3). The static frequency test system improves the fixing stability of blades during static frequency test, so that data obtained by the static frequency test of the blades is more accurate and stable. Also provided is a static frequency test method for a steam turbine blade.
