Abstract:
A star wheel, roller, and spring assembling device for a one-way clutch, used for solving the technical problems of low production efficiency and poor precision of a finished product caused by poor feeding modes of rollers and springs in existing one-way clutch assembling devices. The star wheel, roller, and spring assembling device comprises an indexing assembly, a material guiding assembly, a roller feeding assembly, a spring feeding assembly, and a first pushing assembly that are all arranged on a worktable of a mounting frame and driven by a driving device; a pre-assembling groove in the material guiding assembly is separately communicated with the indexing assembly, the roller feeding assembly, the spring feeding assembly, and the first pushing assembly; and rollers and springs can be conveyed into the pre-assembling groove in a moderate mode in one step. According to the present invention, the precision of the finished product after assembly is high, and the production efficiency is high. The present invention is mainly used in the technical field of one-way clutch production and processing.
