Abstract:
A light transmitting layer is easily surface−treated at a low cost by a spin−coat method. When forming the light transmitting layer by the spin−coat method, an information recording layer (108) is transferred by using a resin stamper (140) having a protruded part (140A) on an outer circumferential part, and an inclined surface (a recessed part) (135A) is formed on a substrate (a transferred member) (104) side at the same time. Coating causing no explicit raise at the outer circumferential part is performed thereby.
