Abstract:
A staggered-bed re-test screening device and a soil screening method. The staggered-bed re-test screening device comprises a housing (11), a feeding port (111), an undersized material discharge port (112) and an oversized material discharge port (113), wherein the interior of the housing is provided with a first sieve (12) and a second sieve (14) from top to bottom in sequence; a face of the first sieve is parallel to a face of the second sieve; and a first power portion (13) and a second power portion (15) respectively act on the first sieve and the second sieve, such that the first sieve and the second sieve vertically vibrate back and forth at the same amplitude and frequency. The sieves relatively move back and forth in a direction parallel to the faces of the sieves, thereby realizing continuous change of sieve sizes during a screening process, and thus effectively eliminating the problem of critical hole blockage and improving the screening efficiency.
