Abstract:
The present invention sets a target shape from three-dimensional shape data of a stacked structure and divides the set target shape into a plurality of bead models having shapes corresponding to welded beads. An amount of a filler material that drips down to a lower layer during bead formation in a bead stacking section in which the divided bead models are stacked in the top-to-bottom direction is predicted in accordance with welding conditions for the welded beads. Respective bead heights of the bead models in the bead stacking section are corrected in accordance with the predicted dripping amount. A stacking plan for modeling the stacked structure is created by employing a plurality of bead models including the bead models having the corrected heights.
