Title:
SPONTANEOUSLY IMMORTALIZED PORCINE MYOGENIC STEM CELL LINE AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/088255
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a spontaneously immortalized porcine myogenic stem cell line and the use thereof, which belong to the technical field of stem cells and biological cell lines. In the present invention, porcine myogenic stem cells are obtained from a porcine muscle source by means of separation and sorting. The cells are sub-cultured for a long time in vitro, so that the cells are triggered to break through the Hayflick limit; and monoclonal screening is further carried out by means of a limiting dilution method, thereby obtaining a single-source porcine myogenic stem cell line, which is stored in the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC), with the deposit number of CCTCC NO: C2022256. The porcine myogenic stem cell line breaks through the Hayflick limit, the cells still have healthy and full states of long shuttle shapes after long-term sub-culturing, the proliferation level is not affected, and the porcine myogenic stem cell line can be applied to the preparation of cell cultured meat.
