Abstract:
A three-piece expansion glue injection corner brace, comprising an upper corner brace (11), a middle corner brace (12), and a lower corner brace (13) which are mounted together. A fixing screw hole (121) is provided on the middle corner brace (12); a screw (2) enabling the upper corner brace (11), the middle corner brace (12), and the lower corner brace (13) to be fixedly mounted to a door and window profile is provided in the fixing screw hole (121); a glue injection channel (3) is provided on a corner brace formed by assembling the upper corner brace (11), the middle corner brace (12), and the lower corner brace (13); the middle corner brace (12) is a hard rigid corner brace, and the upper corner brace (11) and the lower corner brace (13) are extensible flexible corner braces. The three-piece expansion glue injection corner brace combines the characteristics of two aluminum materials which exert respective advantages, and meets the requirements that the glue injection channel is reasonable, the glue joint area is large, the mounting efficiency is high, and the automatic leveling effect is good.
