Abstract:
This spin inductor comprises: a first inductor layer; a first terminal; and a second terminal. The first inductor layer is provided with a first wiring layer and a first ferromagnetic layer that adjoins the first wiring layer. The first terminal adjoins a first side surface of the first inductor layer. The second terminal adjoins a second side surface different from the first side surface of the first inductor layer. A virtual surface that connects the upper end edge and the lower end edge of the first side surface is inclined with respect to the lamination direction.
