Abstract:
Disclosed is a spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe comprising: a pipe body (1) having a spigot (12) at one end, a socket (11) at another end, and an inorganic nano-liner coating layer (2) on an inner wall thereof. Further disclosed is an application of a spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe in a petroleum pipeline and a preparation process of a spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe for a petroleum pipeline. A highly ductile spheroidal graphite cast iron used as a base material for the petroleum pipeline has strong corrosion resistance and a long service life. The inorganic nano-liner coating layer has the effect of separating oil and water. When transporting oil, there is no wax or aggregation on the inner wall of the pipe, such that transporting resistance is greatly reduced. The spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe prepared by the preparation process has no casting defects, such as slag holes, sand holes, blowholes, shrinkage cavities, shrinkage porosity, etc, and has uniform wall thickness, a high density of pipe body structure, is air tight, and has a high pressure resistance capacity. The spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe can be applied to the laying of petroleum pipelines, so as to increase the service life thereof, and to reduce the overall construction and daily maintenance costs of a petroleum pipeline.
