Abstract:
A soybean inspector, comprising a feeding mechanism, a conveying mechanism, an inspection mechanism and a discharging mechanism. The conveying mechanism comprises an accommodating tray (200) capable of moving in a circular manner, and the bottom of the accommodating tray (200) has a transparent flat face; the feeding mechanism comprises a first linear vibration feeder (100), and a falling sensor (110) is arranged at a falling end of the first linear vibration feeder (100); the inspection mechanism comprises two inspectors (300) arranged on an upper side and a lower side of a movement path of the accommodating tray (200); and the discharging mechanism comprises a receiving hopper (400), and a blowing device (410) capable of blowing materials from the accommodating tray (200) into the receiving hopper (400), or an overturn mechanism capable of overturning the accommodating tray (200). The soybean inspector further comprises a controller, which comprises a position sensor (500) for determining the position of the accommodating tray (200). The accommodating tray (200) can limit the positions of soybeans and disperse the soybeans evenly, and the two inspectors (300) perform dual-side inspection on the static soybeans at the same place, such that accurate inspection and quantity statistics of damaged soybeans can be realized, thereby greatly improving the efficiency and quality of soybean inspection.
