Abstract:
A sound-absorbing material block and a preparation method therefor, and a related device. The preparation method for the sound-absorbing material block comprises the steps of: S1, blending raw materials to prepare a mixed paste material, wherein the raw materials comprise a porous material, a gelling agent, a cross-linking agent, a binder, a foaming agent and a solvent; and S2, filling a rear cavity, which is provided in advance, of a loudspeaker with the mixed paste material, and then sequentially subjecting same to a drying treatment and a dehydration treatment to obtain a sound-absorbing material block. On the one hand, by mixing a porous material, a gelling agent, a cross-linking agent, a binder, a foaming agent and a solvent to prepare a sound-absorbing material block, the prepared sound-absorbing material block has high strength, does not easily break and has a good performance; and on the other hand, a rear cavity of a loudspeaker is filled with the mixed paste material, and a drying treatment and a dehydration treatment are sequentially performed to directly prepare the sound-absorbing material block adaptive to the rear cavity of the loudspeaker, such that the steps of cutting and filling can be omitted, and a filling process is simplified.
