Abstract:
A solid state relay circuit (100) and an electronic device. The solid state relay circuit (100) comprises: a clamp circuit (10), which limits the potential of an input end of an input circuit (20); the input circuit (20), which outputs a pulse voltage (VP1, VP2) to two ends of a primary winding (31) of a transformer (30) in response to a clamp voltage; the transformer (30), which comprises the primary winding (31) and a secondary winding (32); and an output circuit (40), which controls the switching of an output voltage in response to a voltage change at two ends of the secondary winding (32), wherein the pulse voltage (VP1, VP2) is a two-path pulse signal, such that the power transmission efficiency of the solid state relay circuit (100) can be improved, thereby shortening the turn-on time of a power tube (M1, M2).
