Abstract:
A solid-state additive manufacturing method, comprising the following steps: providing a round consumable rod (10) in a hollow stirring tool (40); setting a gap between the bottom face of the hollow stirring tool (40) and a basic face according to the height of a coating (30); by means of a first rotation speed, driving the hollow stirring tool (40) to rotate; by means of a second rotation speed, driving the consumable rod (10) to rotate, wherein the angular speed of the second rotation speed is different from the angular speed of the first rotation speed, so as to form a speed difference, such that friction occurs between the consumable rod (10) and an inner wall of the hollow stirring tool (40) to generate thermal deformation, and a plastic deformation flow is obtained in the hollow stirring tool (40); pressing the consumable rod (10) downwards to make the plastic deformation flow come into frictional contact with the basic face; and translating the hollow stirring tool (40) and stirring the basic face, such that the plastic deformation flow forms the coating (30) on the basic face.
