Abstract:
A solid-liquid interface steady advancement-based single crystal blade directional solidification method. The effective criteria based on the relative position of a macro solid-liquid interface and a cold partition, an extreme difference between dendrite tips at the solid-liquid interface, and a difference between a macro solid-liquid interface advancement speed and a pulling speed are established. On this basis, a growth condition of the solid-liquid interface during directional solidification is simulated, so as to obtain a pulling speed curve v(t) of steady advancement of the solid-liquid interface, and to perform directional solidification preparation of single crystal blades. By means of the method, the pulling speed is adjusted in real time, so that the shape of the solid-liquid interface is adjusted in real time, thereby achieving the purposes of controlling the width of a solid-liquid two-phase region, reducing the curvature of the solid-liquid interface, eliminating overcooling and generation of mixed crystals at the front edge of the solid-liquid interface, greatly increasing the quality and preparation success rate of single crystal blades, and effectively reducing the directional solidification preparation cost of the single crystal blades.
