Abstract:
A solenoid valve module of a high-speed Jacquard machine, comprising a plate group (1) and, mounted in the plate group (1), a solenoid valve (2), a piece of movable iron (3), an upright hook (4), a spring component (5), a roller component (6), a first thread (71) connected between the roller component (6) and the upright hook (4), and a second thread (72) connected to and extending beyond the plate group (6). A quick connector (8) is provided at an extremity of the second thread (72). The solenoid valve (2) comprises an insulating base (21), a piece of H-shaped iron (22) provided in the insulating base (21), a coil (23) wrapped around the H-shaped iron (22), and first and second flexible terminals (24 and 25) provided in the insulating base (21), electrically connected to the coil (23), and arranged on a same horizontal plane. A docking port (210) is provided at an extremity of the insulating base (21). The first and second flexible terminals (24 and 25) are symmetrically provided on the inner walls of the docking port (210). The solenoid valve module has structural stability, reduced thickness, and reduced size, thus allowing a sufficient number of solenoid valve modules to be mounted on limited mount positions of a Jacquard machine, allowing the Jacquard machine to weave sufficiently large Jacquard patterns on textile, satisfying different processing requirements, and providing a high degree of market competitiveness.
