Abstract:
A solar cell, which belongs to the technical field of solar cell modules. The solar cell comprises a semiconductor substrate, connection electrodes (10) and fine gate electrodes (20), wherein the connection electrodes (10) are arranged in a first direction, and the fine gate electrodes (20) are arranged in a second direction, the first direction intersecting the second direction; the fine gate electrodes (20) are connected to the connection electrodes (10), and a fine gate electrode (20) and a connection electrode (10) that is opposite thereto in terms of polarity are spaced by a first preset distance; each connection electrode (10) comprises a plurality of connection points for connecting to a conductive wire; a plurality of insulating layers are provided between the connection points, and each insulating layer at least covers part of a fine gate electrode (20) that is close to a connection electrode (10) and is opposite to the connection electrode (10) in terms of polarity; and the insulating layers extend a certain distance along at least one of the first direction and the second direction.
