Abstract:
[Problem] To prevent the occurrence of tack marks due to partial contact between a solar cell and a transparent plate. [Solution] This solar cell 10 is covered by a transparent plate 20 with a gap G therebetween, the solar cell comprising: a flexible power generation layer 11 which photoelectrically converts light that is incident through the transparent plate 20; a resin layer 12 which covers a light receiving surface 11a of the power generation layer 11; and an adhesion prevention layer 13 which covers a surface 12a of the resin layer 12 and faces the transparent plate 20 with the gap G therebetween. The adhesion prevention layer 13 is composed of an inorganic material and has a surface roughness Sz of 1-500 nm. In this manner, the outermost surface of the solar cell 10 is composed of the adhesion prevention layer 13, and thus tack marks do not occur even if there is partial contact between the solar cell and the transparent plate 20 facing the solar cell with the gap G therebetween. Thus, it is possible to prevent a reduction in aesthetics caused by tack marks.
