Abstract:

A sofa iron frame structure, a sofa and a method for producing a sofa. The iron frame structure has a base (1), two supporting plates (2) provided opposite to each other for supporting a soft bag and being connected to sofa fabric, and two sets of drive connecting rods (3) respectively connecting the two supporting plates (2) to the base (1); the two supporting plates (2) are spaced apart from each other and correspondingly provided with a front rod (4) and a rear rod (5), and several bearing elastic members (6) for supporting the soft bag are provided between the front rod (4) and the rear rod (5); a supporting assembly constituted by the front rod (4), the rear rod (5) and the bearing elastic members (6) is directly combined with the sofa iron frame structure, avoiding the structure of introducing an additional seat bag frame to support the soft bag, simplifying the structure of the sofa iron frame, improving the assembly efficiency, saving materials, and reducing costs.
