A sofa convenient to transport and fold, which relates to the technical field of furniture. The sofa comprises a rectangular frame (1), wherein rotating blocks are fixedly connected to four right-angled corners of the bottom of the rectangular frame (1), a mounting base (2) is rotatably connected to a lower end of each rotating block, a supporting column (3) is fixedly connected to the bottom of each mounting base (2), and mounting grooves (21) are symmetrically provided in the bottom of the rectangular frame (1). By pulling threaded sleeves (9) in the mounting grooves (21) and rotating threaded rods (8) in the threaded sleeves (9), the threaded rods (8) can extend in the threaded sleeves (9), and the threaded rods (8) extend into threaded holes, so as to support the supporting columns (3) and maintain the stability of the supporting columns (3), thereby improving the stability of the overall frame of the sofa, and reducing the wobbling of the supporting columns (3) during transportation.
