Abstract:
In the present invention a roaster body (120) is provided with a UV sensor (134) for detecting ultraviolet rays in a combustion flame in a gas stove (131), and a thermocouple sensor (121) for detecting the interior temperature of same, and when the UV sensor no longer detects a combustion flame after ignition of the gas stove, or when the temperature of the exhaust smoke as detected by the thermocouple sensor exceeds a prescribed temperature, the supply of gas to the gas stove is stopped, or an alarm is issued. In addition to having improved detection accuracy, the UV sensor and the thermocouple sensor also have high durability and reliability; therefore, the maintenance and replacement work for these sensors can be greatly reduced when compared to using a conventional Si sensor or the like.
