Abstract:
The present invention is attached to one side of a rotary machine (5), having a motor (6) which can rotate in one direction and a main shaft (7) which is rotated by the motor (6), and measures and analyzes a vibration value of the rotary machine (5) and then transmits the state of the rotary machine (5) to a user terminal (35) provided to a user. The present Invention is characterized by comprising: an acceleration sensor (11) for measuring the vibration value of the rotary machine (5); a vibration amount calculation unit (13) which extracts each of a plurality of amplitudes within a specific time domain from vibration data measured by the acceleration sensor (11), and calculates an overall vibration that is a power summation of the amplitudes; a failure diagnosis unit (15) for diagnosing the state of the rotary machine (5) according to the overall vibration calculated by the vibration amount calculation unit (13); and a communication unit (18) for transmitting and receiving data between the user terminal (35) and a smart sensor (10) for diagnosing failure of the rotary machine, wherein the failure diagnosis unit (15) generates a normal signal by determining that the rotary machine (5) corresponding to the overall vibration calculated by the vibration amount calculation unit (13) is in a normal state when the overall vibration is less than a preset first reference value, generates a warning signal by determining that the rotary machine (5) corresponding to the overall vibration calculated by the vibration amount calculation unit (13) is in a warning state when the overall vibration is equal to or greater than the first reference value and less than a preset second reference value, and generates a danger signal by determining that the rotary machine (5) corresponding to the overall vibration calculated by the vibration amount calculation unit (13) is in a danger state when the overall vibration is equal to or greater than the second reference value, and the user terminal (35) displays the state of the rotary machine (5) as being one of the normal state, the warning state, or the danger state according to the signals generated by the failure diagnosis unit (15).
